Flushing/Main St
Lines:
IRT Flushing Line
List of closed areas:
Flushing/Main Street was built as an important terminal station.
The station has seen several exits closed, in particular after a renovation in the 1990s, which replaced three small exits on Roosevelt Avenue east of Main Street with bigger ones further east. Two were located on the south side of Roosevelt Avenue, while the last one was located on the north side. As a result of the closure of these exits, a mezzanine level was reduced in size.
